Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are food and beverage items, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Order Issues & Discrepancies

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If anything is missing, incorrect, or damaged, email us at legacyloadedteas@gmail.com within the time frames below:

Damaged or missing items: within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp

Wrong item received or other order errors: within 7 days of delivery

When you email, include:

Order number in the subject line

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product(s), inner/outer packaging, and shipping label (for damage claims)

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
